    Tournament Info:

he Tennis Masters Cup was created in 1999 as a replacement for the Grand Slam Cup and the World Championship which preceded it. The Tennis Masters Cup is the season ending championships for singles for the ATP tour and is limited to the top 8 men who qualify and compete in a round robin format. The current venue for the Tennis Masters Cup is in Shanghai China but after this year it will move to London in 2009. The Tennis Masters Cup will be held at the O2 Arena annually from 2009 until at least 2012.. The event, which comes to London in 2009, is the ATP World Tour's season-ending championship and features the world's top eight ranked singles players battling to be the number one player of the year. The world's top eight doubles teams will also be competing to establish the top pairing. The finals have been hosted by the following cities so far: New York, Sydney, Stockholm, Lisbon and Shanghai.

There's no better place to FEEL IT - the Intensity, Ferocity, Speed and Passion - than at the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals, the flagship event and season finale of the ATP World Tour. Admission is coveted by many, but earned only by the elite eight singles players and elite eight doubles teams who demonstrate sustained excellence throughout the year on the ATP circuit.

The qualification equation is exceedingly simple but brutally tough. Finish the season in the Top 8 and you're in. And the rewards are high: $5 million in total prize money, the chance to win one of the most prestigious titles in tennis and to finish as the season's No. 1 player.

At the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals, there's no place to hide as the likes of Federer, Nadal and Djokovic go head-to-head in one-on-one gladiatorial battles in their purest form. Survive the grueling round-robin phase and take your place in the cut-throat semifinals and final.
